【摘要】目的: 观察血清C反应蛋白(CRP)在2型糖尿病肾病不同时期的变化. 方法: 测定40例2型糖尿病患者正常白蛋白尿期[尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)<20 μg/min];42例2型糖尿病肾病患者微量白蛋白尿期(20 μg/min 200 μg/min)的血清CRP含量,并与40例健康对照组比较. 结果: 2型糖尿病正常白蛋白尿组患者的血清CRP值高于正常对照组(P<),而2型糖尿病肾病微量白蛋白尿组患者的血清CRP值高于正常对照组,也高于正常白蛋白尿组(均为P<). 2型糖尿病肾病大量白蛋白尿组患者的血清CRP值高于正常对照组,高于正常白蛋白尿组,也高于微量白蛋白尿组(均为P<). 结论: 血清CRP在糖尿病肾病不同时期中有不同程度升高,且糖尿病肾病患者血清CRP水平随尿白蛋白增加而升高. 血清CRP与2型糖尿病肾病的发展密切相关.

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the changes of serum Creactive protein (CRP) expression level in different periods of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. METHODS: The serum CRP levels were detected in 40 cases of type 2 diabetes whose urinary albumin exc
retion rate(UAER) was under 20 μg/min, 42 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy whose UAER was under 200 μg/min and above 20 μg/min, and 36 cases of type 2 diabetic nephropathy whose UAER was above 200 μg.
