【摘要】目的研究布渣叶总黄酮的超声波提取和溶剂回流提取工艺。方法以总黄酮得率为指标,利用单因素试验确定提取溶剂,通过正交试验法优化提取工艺参数。结果以乙醇为溶剂,超声波提取的最佳条件为:70%(体积分数)乙醇,固液比1∶30,30 ℃、超声波(360 W,40 kHz)提取2次,每次20 min,%;回流提取的最佳工艺为:固液比1∶25,90 ℃回流提取2次,每次30 min,%。结论两种提取工艺效果相当。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of total flavonoids from Microcos paniculata L. Methods Extraction solvents were optimized process by orthogonal For ultrasonic extraction , the optimal parameters were: 70% ethanol, solidliquid ratio 1∶30, 2 times of extraction at 30 ℃ and each 20 min, the total flavonoids yield was %. For reflux extraction, the optimal parameters were: solidliquid ratio 1∶25, extracting 2 times at 90 ℃ and each 30 min, the total flavonoids yield was %. Conclusion Ultrasonic extraction and reflux extraction have the same effectiveness.

布渣叶为椴树科植物破布叶Microcos paniculata ,又名烂布渣、破布叶、火布麻等,其味甘、淡,性微寒,归脾、胃、肝经,广东民间常作茶饮,有清热消滞、利湿退黄的功效。布渣叶主要分布于我国广东、海南等地,尤以广东分布广,产量大,资源丰富[1,2]。布渣叶提取物主要含黄酮类化合物,罗集鹏等[3]从布渣叶中分离得到了异鼠李素、山柰黄素、槲皮素、5,6,4′三羟基3′甲氧基黄酮7O鼠李糖基葡萄糖苷和5,6,8,4′四羟基黄酮7O鼠李糖苷等5个黄酮类化合物;冯世秀等[4]也从其中分离出山柰酚3OβD[3,6二(对羟基桂皮酰)]葡萄糖苷、山柰酚3OβD葡萄糖苷、异鼠李素3OβD葡萄糖苷、异鼠李素3OβD芸香糖苷、牡荆苷、佛来心苷、异佛来心苷、异牡荆苷等8个黄酮类化合物。但迄今为止,布渣叶主要
