6 × 4 重型自卸车车架有限元分析

摘要:采用 U G软件建立 6 ×4 重型自卸车的三维数模,并通过 Nastra n 分析软件建立有限元分析模型。分
析车架在弯曲和扭转工况下加载 50 t 时的应力分布情况,找出该自卸车车架设计中存在的不足,针对存在的
问题提出解决方案,并从强度、工艺可行性和轻量化各方面综合考虑,以满足市场需求。

Abstract :The U G software was used to establish 3D maths die for the 6 × 4 Heavy Tipper and
through Na stra n software a nalysis ,the finite element analysis model was e sta blished. The analysis of
the stre ss distribution was done under the conditions that frame was in bending and tor sion with the
loa d 50 tons adde d to find out the deficiencies in design of the tippe r fra me . In view of existing prob2
lems some solutions are put forth ta king into consideration of all aspects such as ,the strengt h , tech2
nological fea sibility a nd light volume to meet the de ma nds of the market.
