[摘要] 目的:探讨混合式PBL教学法在儿科护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法:将128名护理本科学生随机分成混合式PBL教学组和传统教学组,比较两组的教学效果。结果:混合式PBL教学组的理论考试成绩和操作考试成绩均高于传统教学组。混合式PBL教学组学生的学习知觉、课堂氛围、知识运用、能力培养及教学满意度均高于传统教学组。差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:混合式PBL教学法在临床护理实践教学中取得了良好的效果,对培养和发展学生的综合素质和能力有重要的意义。

Study of Hybrid Problem-based Learning (PBL) in Practice Teaching of Pediatric Nursing Course

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of hybrid problem-based learning in practice teaching of pediatric nursing. Method: According random principle, 128 students were divided into hybrid PBL group and traditional teaching group. pare the teaching effect between these two groups. Results: The scores of theories and the scores of skills of hybrid PBL group are higher than traditional teaching group. Perceptual of learning, atmosphere of learning, use of knowledge, culture of ability, and satisfaction of teaching of hybrid PBL group are higher than traditional teaching group. Conclusion: The hybrid PBL achieved good results in practice teaching of clinical nursing courses, which is important to develop the students’ overall quality and ability.
