关于Superpave沥青混合料配合比设计方法探讨
【摘要】Superpave沥青混合料设计方法是一种新型的混合料设计方法,从目前国内的应用来看,它较传统的马歇尔设计方法沥青混合料性能有较大的改善。本文以试验为基础,结合以往一些Superpave沥青混合料设计经验,以245省道宿迁段S245-B1B2B3-LM标工程为参照,并依据Superpave沥青混合料设计实例,从Superpave沥青混合料的目标配合比设计、生产配合比设计及配合比验证几个方面进行探讨,以求指导Superpave沥青混合料路面设计与施工。

About the Superpave asphalt mixture design method discussed in this paper
【 abstract 】 Superpave asphalt mixture design method is a new kind of mixture design method, from the current domestic application of view, it is the traditional Marshall design method of asphalt mixture performance is improved, effectively preventing the early damage of asphalt pavement. But because it is a kind of new asphalt mixture design method inevitably has some defects. In this paper, on the basis of test, on the basis of Superpave asphalt mixture design example, from the goals of Superpave asphalt mixture proportion design, production design and production mix proportioning validation aspects were discussed, in order to guide the design and construction of pavement.
