Importance of Capacity Planning/能力计划重要性
战略能力计划的目的就是要提供一种方法来确定由资本密集型的资源(设备、工具、设施、劳动力等)综合形成的总体生产能力的大小,从而为实现企业的长期竞争战略政策提供有力的支持。
生产能力对企业的市场反应速度、成本结构、库存策略、员工制度、管理制度都有重大的影响。
