摘要:中共中央在“十一五”规划中已明确表示要加大力度发展职业教育,这对高职院校来说在今后的五年里将迎来良好的发展机遇。本文从分析研究高职学生的综合素质现状入手,针对部分学生存在问题进行探索与思考,并提出相应的教育对策,对促进高职教育发展会起到积极的作用。

Comprehensive Performance of the Students of Vocational Colleges and Educational Countermeasures

Abstract: The CPC’s the eleventh five-year program of China states that the vocational education is to be strengthened, which is a great opportunity for vocational colleges in ing five years. This essay analyzes prehensive performance of the students of vocational colleges, and makes a deep exploration of and thinking about the problems existing in part of students, and proposes some educational countermeasures which might play a functional role in development of vocational education.

0前言
随着我国高等职业教育的迅速崛起,越来越凸显出其对地方经济的建设与发展所起到的积极作用。但从我国现有的人才结构层次看,专业技能过硬,综合素质较高的实用型技术人才仍是当前经济建设中最紧缺的人才。而目前高职院校学生素质的实际状况却不容乐观,一方面固然是由于社会上对职业教育还存在偏见,另一方面也是因高职院校扩招过快、职业教育本身发展不平衡等多种主观原因,才导致高职院校生源文化程度参差不齐和整体素质普遍不高等现象,而这又势必会给职业教育的发展和提高带来不利影响。因此,高职院校要想在整体有利的大环境中乘势而上,就必须针对目前高职学生素质的现状进行分析与研究,制定相应的教育对策。
