摘要:经过世界各国长时间的探索,高职院校的产学研合作有了长足的发展;对于快速发展的中国来说,结合本国实际借鉴世界各国的有益经验显得尤为重要。特别是在产学研合作的模式问题上,应尽快克服在低层次重复探索的不利局面;与此同时,充分理解与把握产学研合作的演变规律与发展趋势,在大学“经营化”思想的引导下,探索最优化的产学研思路式。

Abstract
After a long-time universal exploring, cooperative of enterprise, university and scientific anization has developed deeply. To China, the vapid developing country, it is the most significance to draw on the advanced experience all over the world. On the method of cooperative of enterprise, university and scientific anization,we sould e the lower explore, understand and master the rule and trend of cooperative of enterprise, university and scientific anization,meanwhile, with the leading of university-mancgelism, explore the excellent thought of cooperative of enterprise, university and scientific anization.

引言
历史的经验以及高等职业技术教育的培养目标和规格决定了它必须同企业紧密结合才能顺利完成自己的历史使命,才有可能避免沦为本科教育的“压缩饼干”。因此,越来越多的高职院校已经或正在大力探索产学研合作的思路与方法。
