摘要:如何在基础医学实验中心建立一支结构合理、综合素质好、技术水平高、具备创新能力的实验技术队伍是提高高校实验教学质量、实现人才培养目标的重要保障。本文依托构建的独立实验课程,通过多种方式对实验技术人员实施培训,达到既能提高本科生的实验教学质量,还可充分利用这一教学平台大力促进和推动中心实验技术人员的建设和培养,为学校培养创新复合型的高素质人才以及创办世界一流大学服务。

Enhance the construction of technicians in experimental centre of basic medicine

Abstract: How to establish one technician team which has reasonable construction, comprehensive abilities, high technical level and innovative spirit that can ensure to improve the experimental teaching quality and cultivate the talented man in the medical universities. In this article, based on the independent experimental course, we train the technicians with planed anized by multi-ways. As a result, it not only can achieve the goal which improve the experimental teaching quality of undergraduate students, but also full use of this teaching platform to promote the construction and cultivation of technicians in experimental centre of basic medicine, which is indeed to service for cultivation of innovated talented students and setting up the first-class university.
