摘要
独立学院是中国高等教育发展过程中的新生事物,它对于促进中国高等教育的普及与较快发展,推进高等教育大众化目标的实现发挥着比较重要的作用。经过最近几年的发展,独立学院管理过程中存在的问题逐渐显现出来,发展战略不明确就是其中的重要问题之一。本文以A独立学院为研究对象,借鉴企业战略管理的相关理论,在介绍了A独立学院发展现状的基础上,分析了A独立学院发展过程中存在的主要问题,提出了A独立学院发展战略目标,并制定了相应的战略实施保障措施。
本文共分四个部分。本文第一部分简要介绍了A独立学院的概况,主要包括设立及发展历史、专业设置、办学规模、组织结构及人力资源现状等。第二部分对A独立学院进行了SWOT分析,论述了A独立学院目前自身优势、劣势,以及面临的机会、威胁等,并指出了A独立学在运行和管理中存在的一些问题。第三部分针对中国高等教育发展的总体趋势,并结合A独立学院的办学定位、自身实力等,对A独立学院的发展战略发展目标进行了研究,论述了A独立学院发展战略的主要特点。第四部分着重分析了A独立学院发展战略的实施及保障措施,如通过引进和培养等加强资师队伍建设,加强学科建设,凝炼办学特色,实施质量工程及加强教学科研管理等。

ABSTRACT
Independent college is the development of China's higher education in the new, for the promotion of the popularization of higher education in China and development, promote the objectives of the popularization of higher education has played an important role.
