【摘要】目的超临界提取苦参中黄酮类化合物,并对提取物进行初步的定性分析。方法通过正交实验探索超临界提取苦参中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件,在此基础上对苦参中黄酮类化合物进行分离提取,并进行定性研究。结果苦参黄酮类化合物提取工艺的最佳参数组合为:温度40℃,压力30 MPa, ml/min,时间60 min,%。结论苦参中总黄酮超临界提取最佳工艺数据可靠,具有良好的重复性,定性研究方法简便易行。为进一步开发研究苦参总黄酮提供理论、实践依据。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the best extraction condition of flavonoids in Sophora flavescens supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),and to determine the quality of these design was conducted to investigate the extraction conditions of flavonoids in Radix sophorae. On this basis, flavonoids in the Radix Sophorae were separated and their qualities were best extraction conditions were : extraction temperature 40℃;extraction pressure 30 MPa, Ethanol velocity ml/min,and extraction time 60min. According to the conditions, the extraction efficiency of the flavoniods might reach %.ConclusionThe optimal craftwork of the SFE is acquired, and this way is suitable
for flavone extraction in lab because of its simple craftwork,good repeatition and low consumption. The study provides theoretical and practical basis for the development of Radix Sophorae flavonoids.
