【Abstaract】 AIM: To establish a method for rapidly determinating the content of clarithromycin in preparation. METHODS: To utilize visible spectrophotometry based on the charge transfer reaction between clarithromycin as donor and alizarin as acceptor in alcoholwater solution. RESULTS: The apparent molar absorptivity plex was ×103 L/(mol・cm) at 546 nm, while position ratio and stability constant of charge plex were 1∶1 and ×104 respectively. Beer’s law was strictly obeyed in the range of 1-100 mg/L of clarithromycin. The average recovery was over %. The average standard deviation of six determinations was % when the concentration of clarithromycin was 50 mg/L. CONCLUSION: The proposed method is stable, accurate, sensitive and rapid, which can contribute to satisfactory results for the determination of clarithromycin in preparation.

【摘要】目的:建立测定制剂中克拉霉素含量的方法. 方法:利用克拉霉素与茜素在水醇介质中发生电荷转移反应,形成电荷转移络合物,采用可见分光光度法测定. 结果:荷移反应生成的荷移络合物在546 nm处有最大吸收,络合物的组成比是1
∶1,×104,×103 L/(mol・cm), 药物浓度在1~100 mg/L范围内服从比耳定律,%以上, 克拉霉素浓度为50 mg/L时,相对标准偏差(RSD)%(n=6). 结论:方法稳定、准确、灵敏、快速,对样品的测定结果令人满意.
