江苏斯菲尔公司发展战略研究
摘要
电力需求侧管理(Power Demand Side Management,DSM)指达到
节约能源和保护环境的目的,实现低成本电力服务所进行的用电管理活
动。实施 DSM 具有显著的社会效益和经济效益。对社会、对政府、对电
力客户、对电网公司来说,DSM 的实施可以减少电力需求、降低电力消
耗、减轻电网压力,促进 GDP 增长。
随着 DSM 的实施,将给电网电力相关行业带来非常光明前景。江苏
斯菲尔公司,生产的产品正是和 DSM 的要求有非常多的关联,产品也全
部用于 DSM 系统,前景非常不错。作为行业的龙头企业,公司不断发展
自身优势、开创新产品的领域,目前已拥有主要专利技术有 61 项,取
得 17 项软件著作权,充分体现了公司的技术优势和研发实力。
本文运用战略管理的相关理论和方法,针对江苏斯菲尔公司的具体
实际,对公司的战略规划进行分析和研究。本文研究认为,江苏斯尔公
司应采用以客户需求为导向,以产品设计研发为核心,以市场开发为龙
头,不断提升综合竞争能力,力争持续成为国内领先的 DSM 产品生产企
业。在竞争战略层面,本文指出,江苏斯尔公司应不断纵深和延拓产品

销售范围,与客户成套厂甲方建立长期依赖的互动型伙伴关系,将产品
领域的领先优势整合形成持久的竞争优势,以取得全面、持续的发展。

A STUDY ON DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF JIANGSU

ABSTRACT
Power Demand Side Management,(DSM) means that the electricity
management activities to achieve the purpose of save energy and protect
environment, also low-cost electricity services. The implementation of DSM
has significant social and economic benefits. In the society, the government,
the power customer, for Power Grid Corp, the implementation of DSM can
reduce the power demand, reduce the power consumption, decrease the load
of grid, and promote GDP growth.
With the implement of DSM, will bring a very bright prospects for the
power related industries. Jiangsu Sfere pany, products
manufactured precisely and DSM requirements are very much related to all
products for DSM system, the prospects are very good. As the field of
industry leading enterprises, pany continued to develop its own
advantages, new products, now has a major patent 61, made 17 software
copyrights, fully embodies pany's technical superiority and R & D
capabilities.
