慢性肾脏病患者的人文关怀

〔摘要〕慢性肾脏病发病率越来越高,由于其治疗时间长、病情反复的特点,很多患者存在生理、心理障碍。以患者为中心
的人文关怀不但可以提高患者对治疗方案的信心,坚持配合治疗方案而且可以促进医患关系的和谐发展并提高医院的竞争
力。医护人员对慢性肾脏病患者的人文关怀要注意提高自身素质、加强沟通交流、重视患者健康教育,发动社会资源,才能切
实、有效地开展工作。

Abstract Incidence of chronic kidney diseases is ever increasing. Many patients also show physical and psy-
chological disorders since the disease features of long duration and easy relapse. Patient - centred humanistic care
could enhance patients' confidence in treatment,improve pliance,and could also promote the harmonious
relationship between doctors and patients and petitiveness. Medical staff should try to enhance their
professional munication ability,stress health education for patients,and mobilize social resources,in or-
der to feasibly and effectively carry out humanisti
