【摘要】目的探讨精神科护理工作者的抑郁、焦虑状况及与职业压力源的关系。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及职业压力源量表对77名精神科护士进行问卷调查。结果精神科护士抑郁、焦虑得分平均分别为(±)和(±)分,明显高于国内常模,差异具有显著性(P<),%,%。工作压力源总分及各个方面得分较高,其中工作量及时间分配与抑郁症状得分相关,病人护理、管理及人际关系方面以及总压力与抑郁、焦虑得分均相关。结论精神科护理工作人员的抑郁、焦虑情况较严重,抑郁、焦虑情绪与护理工作人员的职业压力源有相关关系。

【Abstract】 objective To explore the features of emotional state and job stressors and correlations between We performed the survey in 77 psychiatric nurses with SDS、SAS and job stressors Scores of SDS and SAS on Psychiatric nurses are(±)and (±)which are significantly higher than chinese rates of depression symptom and anxiety symptom are % and %, the total score and subtest sores of job stressors are high of which the difficulties in workload and time allocation are related with the scores of scores and scores of patient care and scores of relationship among manager ,colleagues and patients are realted with the scores of SDS and : Psychiatric nurses got severe negative emotions like depression and emotions are in correlation with their job stressors.
