德州市综合客运站建设项目财务管理研究
摘要
德州市地处交通要道,交通发达,旅客运输主要采用公路和铁路两种方式。随着德州
市经济的发展,城区人口与外来人口逐年增加,经德州换乘汽、火车的人更是剧增,德州的
交通枢纽地位日益凸显,同时旅游业的发展也带来大量游客。目前德州汽车站靠近德州火车
站,现有五个大小综合客运站点,这给本来已显拥挤的市内交通更增加了压力,因此,合理
布设分流站点,以减轻市区中心的交通压力已成为需要迫切解决的问题。在理论上,财务管
理主要应用于系统全面的分析一个企业或者一个项目的设立是否具有可行性、盈利性,在实
际工作中被广泛的应用,对实践具有指导意义。本文应用财务管理分析方法来对此项目进行
评价。本文首先介绍建设项目相关内容,对本项目建设方案进行投资估算,并寻找可行的筹
资渠道,同时对生产期的收益和成本费用进行估算。然后在此基础上进行财务评价,包括各
常用经济指标和不确定性分析。然后运用财务管理分析方法,在合理的预测条件下,对德州
市客运站的建设,运用财务指标综合分析及项目投资评价方法,进行项目的可行性、盈利性
和风险分析。根据分析得出的项目风险,提出相应的防范对策。最后得出结论,认为此项目
盈利性好,现金流状况良好,具有长期的盈利前景和投资价值,值得进行投资。

Financial Management Research on Passenger Transport Station
Construction Project in Dezhou City
Abstract

As hub munication in North China, Dezhou City is an transportation connecting
north of China and South of China . With the development of the society, Dezhou is playing a
more important role in transportation than for ever, and transportation has faced higher
demands. New passenger transport station construction project is on the horizon. Financial
management is applied to analyze the feasibility and profitability of pany or a project. In
this article, first the theory financial management of is introduced, and the project is introduced
that, the project operation cost ,investment and profits are estimated. then ,those data
are used to analyze whether this project is feasible or not. After the every kind of risks are
taken in account, we can conclude that this project is feasble and profitable. It is worth
investing.
