[摘要] 目的:探讨和总结坚强内固定术治疗颌面部骨折的治疗方法和经验。方法:对我科收治的68例颌面部骨折的患者进行坚强内固定治疗,术后1、3、6月随访,检查颌面部形态、咬合关系、面神经功能、骨折对位及愈合情况。结果:68颌面部骨折术后1例面神经暂时性损伤,1例咬合干扰,其余66例颌面部形态良好,咬合关系恢复至伤前状态。结论:坚强内固定术疗效可靠,是目前治疗颌面部骨折的较好方法。

[Abstract] Objective: To discuss and summarize the method and experience using rigid internal fixation. Method:68 patients with rigid internal fixation in our department , who and were followed up at 1,3,6 months . Results:1case suffered temporary facial nerve injury ,1 case had biting disturbance,66 patients after this treatment showed well-shaped face contour occlusal relations were recovered as before. Conclusion: Rigid internal fixation reliable plate is a reliable treatment because of its better stability and reliable clinical es.

口腔颌面部是人体的暴露部分,易受外力而损伤,有交通事故伤,工伤和意外伤害等。%-3,占颌面部创伤的80%[1],其中上颌骨骨折占颌面骨折总数的15%-27%[2],下颌骨骨折占颌面部骨折的55%—72%[3]。随着现代社会的高速发展,交通事故和意外损伤已成为颌面部骨折的主要原因。传统的治疗方法多采用颌间接扎和骨间金属丝结扎固定。但该术式存在颌间固定时间长,影响进食、口腔卫生不良、稳定性较差等问题,且影响颞下颌关节的运动,增加了患者的痛苦[4]。近年来我科采用坚强内固定术治疗66例颌面部骨折患者,取得了良好的效果,现报告如下。
