【摘要】目的: 了解当前结核病对一线及二线抗结核药物的耐药性及耐多药情况,为结核病防治提供依据。方法: 采用WHO推荐的药敏测试法对2 327株临床分离的结核分支杆菌进行药物敏感性试验。结果: %,%;%,%;并在102例耐多药结核病患者中发现9例严重耐多药结核病。结论: 本地结核菌耐药率高于全,耐药病例中初始耐药率较高,并已发现严重耐药结核病患者,建议积极开展耐药菌监测指导临床选择治疗方案。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the resistance status of Bacillus tuberculosis to antituberculosis drugs of fist and second ranks in use, and so as to provide basic data for tuberculosis (TB)prevention . Methods: Drug sensitivity of 2327 strains of B. tuberculosis isolated from clinic patients during 20032009 was tested with WHO mended method. Results: The general dru
g resistance rate was %, and multidrug resistance rate %. The drug resistance data of the last 2 years showed that the primary drugresistance occupied %, and the acquired drugresistance %. Nine cases of extraordinary drugresistance (XDRTB) were found among the 102 cases of multidrug resistance (MDRTB). Conclusions: The local drugresistance rate of B. tuberculosis in Guiyang City is higher than the national average. The primary drugresistance is relatively high, and there occur XDRTB patients.
