【摘要】 T磁共振动态增强扫描在前列腺增生与前列腺癌中的鉴别诊断价值。VIBE序列动态增强扫描,分析所得出的信号-时间曲线信号变化及走行趋势,并进行统计学分析。结果增强峰值时间前列腺癌早于前列腺增生,强化程度与强化率前列腺癌也高于前列腺增生()。前列腺增生信号时间曲线类型以上升型为主,而前列腺癌以流出型为主()。结论 。

ABSTRACT: Objective To assess the role of dynamic contrastenhanced ic resonance imaging (DCEMRI) at Tesla in the distinguishing prostate cancer (PC) from benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Methods Thirty patients with prostate cancer and 32 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia underwent conventional MRI and DCE
MRI using 3D VIBE sequences at Tesla. The DCEMRI signal intensity and the characteristics of signal intensitytime curve were analysed emphatically and the statistical analysis was performed. Results On the basis of the enhancement parameters of SIT curve, the peak time of Pca was earlier than that of BPH, and the enhancement degree and enhancement rate of Pca were higher than those of BPH (P0. 05). The SIT curve signal intensity of prostate cancer featured mainly as washout type while that of BPH appeared as steady enhancement type. Conclusion Dynamic contrastenhanced ic resonance imaging plays an important role in the differential diagnosis of benign prostate hyperplasia and prostate cancer.

前列腺疾病严重威胁着老年男性的健康,而良恶性结节的鉴别在前列腺疾病的诊断及治疗中至关重要,直接关系治疗方案的选择及病人预后。MRI具有良好的软组织分辨率,目前公认为诊断前列腺疾病的主要影像学检查方法。传统T2WI在前列腺癌的定位、诊断、分期起过重要作用,但临床应用中发现其局限性:不能诊断中央带的癌结节,另外诊断特异性低,因外周带低信号结节既可来源于癌结节,又可来源于增生性结节及炎性结节等。为了提高MRI的诊断价值,前列腺的功能性成像
