【摘要】目的科学评价5种宫内节育(IUD)的安全性和避孕效果,为指导育龄群众节育避孕措施的[1]知情选择提供科学依据。方法于2003年1月1日~2008年6月30日,将我国推广应用的活性元宫220型、活性165、TCU220、吉妮(IN型)、花式(HCU280)5种IUD,在8个镇(办事处)21个乡村,进行了66个月4 166例的临床效果观察。结果我站在调查使用育龄妇女4 166例,证明国内研制花式(HCU280)避孕效果最好,不良反应小,续存效率高。结论花式(HCU280)ICD可在体内(宫内)长期或终身放置,适合育龄妇女的生理和心理需求。

[Abstract] Objective To appraise scientifically 5 kinds of IUD in security and the contraceptive effect,for the sake of directing the child-bearing age populace to know the choice for birth control contraceptive measure to provide the scientific From 1 January,2003 to 30 June,2008,for 5 kinds of IUD,active yuangong 220 IUD,active 165 IUD,TCU220 IUD,Gene(intype)IUD,flower model(HCU280)IUD,that used generally in our country,in 21 villages,8 townships had carried on for 66 months 4166 person of clinical effect Our station investigated 4166 women of child-bearing age who lay aside IUD,it proved domestic development flower model(HCU280)had lower side reaction,continuous saving rate was higher,the contraceptive effect was The flower model(HCU280)IUD may be in the womb for long-term or the lifelong laying aside,suits woman of child-bearing ages physiology and the psychological demand.
