【摘要】目的分析不同方法治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效和患者满意度。方法采用回顾性调查原发性三叉神经痛患者的治疗方法、治疗效果和患者的满意程度。结果药物治疗,%,%,%%,%,%,均无统计学意义;患者对三种治疗方法的满意度也无显著性差异。结论药物治疗,手术治疗和神经阻滞疗法治疗原发性三叉神经痛的治疗效果和患者满意度均较好,但远期疗效有待进一步评价。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy and degree of satisfaction of patients for idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia with different treatment methods. Methods The patients with idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia were investigated by retrospective inquiry, including different treatment methods, therapeutic efficacy and degree of satisfaction. Results The effective rates and recurrence rates of medication, operation treatment and nerve block were %,%,% and %,%,% respectively. There were no significant difference between three groups. There was no significant difference in the degree of satisfaction between three methods of treat
ment. Conclusion Better therapeutic effect and degree of satisfaction can be obtaintd by the treatment of medication, operation treatment and nerve block,but the longterm effect of the three treatments for idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia needs further study.
