【摘要】目的对阴道分泌物霉菌及滴虫的检测结果进行分析。方法对15 420例女性阴道分泌物检查中取其霉菌或滴虫检查阳性的病例2 572例按不同年龄、不同季节分组进行分析。结果霉菌性阴道炎2 444例(%),高于滴虫性阴道炎128例(%);两种阴道炎发病有不同年龄段的差异,霉菌以21~40岁年龄组检出率最高,%;滴虫以60岁年龄组检出率最高,%;各季节发病差异不明显。结论霉菌性阴道炎和滴虫性阴道炎是妇科常见疾病,阴道分泌物镜检是快速、经济而有效的方法,但医生需根据临床综合诊治。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the checking result of the fungi and trichomonad in the vaginal discharge. Methods According to different ages and different seasons,we analyzed the fungi and trichomonad in the vaginal discharge of the 2572 positive cases among 15420 cases. Results The number of the colpomycosis cases (2444) which occupied % was higher than the trichomonas vaginitis cases (128) which occupied %.The pathogeneses of the two kinds of vaginitis had significant differences in different detection rate of fungi was highest in the age group from 21 to 40,which occupied %; while the detection rate of trichomonad was highest in the age group of over 60,which occupied %.The trichopathy had no significant differences in different seasons. Conclusion The colpomycosis and trichomonad vaginitis are mon gynecological diseases,the microscopic examination to the vaginal discharge is a fast,economic and effective method,but the doctors should diagnose and treat the prehensively.
