【摘要】目的探讨临床标本中葡萄球菌形成生物膜的状况,研究有无生物膜的葡萄球菌的耐药性差异,帮助临床根据药敏结果选用抗菌药物,及时有效控制葡萄球菌医院感染。方法采用刚果红,微量平板法检测生物膜形成,观察葡萄糖、乙醇、氯化钠对生物膜形成的影响;对临床标本分离的葡萄球菌进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果刚果红法检测腐生葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)﹑%、%、%;生物膜半定量法:表皮葡萄球菌生物膜阳性率TSB、TSB%Glu、TSB2%Alc、TSB4%Alc、TSB2%NaCl、TSB4%%、%、%、%、%、%,%Glu、TSB2%Alc、TSB4%NaCl为最佳浓度;药敏结果,产生生物膜的葡萄球菌的耐药性对青霉素、红霉素和复方新诺明的耐药有增加趋势,耐药率分别为:%、%、%。结论临床标本葡萄球菌绝大部分能产生生物膜、葡萄糖、乙醇、氯化钠能促进生物膜形成;葡萄球菌对临床常用的抗菌药物耐药性严重,对其引起的感染可用万古霉素。
