【摘要】目的:探讨手法复位结合HoffmannⅡ外固定支架固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定性骨折的手术技术和临床疗效。方法:回顾采用HoffmannⅡ外固定支架技术治疗的27例桡骨远端骨折患者(其中5例结合经皮克氏针固定)的临床资料,分析术后影像学指标和腕关节功能,进行疗效评价。结果:(6~18个月)的随访,按Dienst功能评价标准优14 例、良10 例、可3例,%。有5例病人出现影像学测量所见的复位丢失,有1例病人出现针道感染,无一例出现桡神经损伤和腕管综合征表现。结论:手法复位结合HoffmannⅡ外固定支架固定治疗桡骨远端骨折, 操作简便,安全有效,是理想的治疗方法。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the techniques and clinical effects of manipulative reduction and HoffmannⅡ external fixation on unstable distal radius fractures. Methods: From June 2007 to March 2009, 27 cases of unstable distal radius fractures were treated by manipulative reduction and Hoffmann
Ⅱ external fixation, with additional Kwires used in five the cases were followed up and evaluated according to the Dienst functional assessment system. Some radiographic parameters were also determined in this study. Results: All the patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months. 14 cases had excellent function,10 better and 3 good according to the Dienst functional assessment system, the excellent and better rate being %. Among them, 5 had minimal loss of reduction, 1 had pin tract infection, and none had radial nerve injury or carpal tunnel syndrome.
