【摘要】目的:探讨宫颈环型电切术(LEEP)诊治宫颈病变的临床价值。方法:对经妇科检查、宫颈脱落细胞学检查、阴道镜及宫颈活检初步诊断为不同类型宫颈疾病的280例门诊患者[宫颈炎症176例,宫颈息肉59例,宫颈尖锐湿疣6例,平滑肌瘤4例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)35例]采用LEEP治疗,切除组织全部送病理检查,同时观察术后疗效及阴道出血情况。结果:280例患者术后宫颈塑形满意247例,%;术中术后较多出血11例,%;CINⅠ~Ⅲ级者术后随访100%愈合;1例CIN Ⅲ级者成功妊娠。结论:LEEP治疗宫颈疾病疗效显著,操作简单,术后并发症少,宫颈塑形满意,在宫颈癌的早期发现与诊断治疗方面有很好的临床价值。

Result: 280 example neck of uterus lesion patient does LEEP skill imperial harem or seraglio neck mould a shape 247 satisfied examples, satisfied rate amounts to 88 .2%; 11 examples, take up the skill middle skill queen massive hemorrhage %. 100% the CIN Ⅰ- Ⅲ skill queen follow-up heals. essful
