【摘要】目的建立消肿止痛膏中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定法。方法采用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18(200× ,5μm)柱;乙腈-(40:60)为流动相,检测波长265nm,。~(r=);%,%。结论方法操作简单,准确可靠,重现性好,可作为消肿止痛膏的质量控制方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride content in Xiaozhongzhitong ointment. 消肿止痛膏是外用复方制剂,处方源于临床经验方,由黄柏等12味中药组成,具活血祛瘀、消肿止痛作用,用于各种外伤所致软组织损伤、骨折、脱位等病,主要表现为局部肿胀,疼痛,功能受损等症。黄柏是方中君药,具清热燥湿,泻火除蒸,解毒疗伤之功效。盐酸小檗碱为其主要成分,该方法用高效液相色谱法测定其中盐酸小檗碱的含量,效果满意,可作为本品的质量控制的方法。
