【摘要】目的建立HPLC法测定双黄消炎胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法以迪马C18(200 mm× mm,5 μm)为分析柱,乙腈- mol/L磷酸二氢钠-三乙胺(26:74:,)为流动相,流速: mL/min,检测波长:265 nm,采用外标法定量测定。~ μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r= 999)。%,%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,适用于双黄消炎胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。

Abstract: Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shuanghuang Xiaoyan capsule. Methods The analysis column is Diamonsil C18 (200 mm× mm,5μm),the mobile phase is Acetonitrile- mol/L Sodium dihydrogen Phosphate-Triethylamine (26: 74: , and adjust pH to with phosphoric acid), the flow velocity is mL/min,the detection wavelength is 265 nm. External standard method is used for quantitative determination. Results Injecting sample quantity of berberine hydrochloride shows a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range between 932 μg and 388 μg (r= 999). The average recovery rate is %, and RSD is % (n=6). Conclusions The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable. It is suitable for determination of the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shuanghuang Xiaoyan capsule.
