【摘要】目的探讨MRI用于疲劳骨折的诊断及临床应用价值。方法对12例疲劳骨折患者分别行X线、CT检查,,观察分析疲劳骨折的X线、CT及MRI表现。结果常规X线平片及CT检查常常不能明确显示骨折线,而MRI能很好地显示疲劳骨折的信号变化,本组MRI诊断12处骨折。包括X线平片所显示的肱骨上段疑似骨折1处,CT所显示的足跖骨基底部骨折2处。9处为MRI所发现的明确骨折。结论 MRI具有多平面成像的能力和良好的软组织对比,能清晰而敏感的显示疲劳骨折及局部骨髓内和软组织损伤等信号变化,是对疲劳骨折具有重要诊断价值的检查手段。

【Abstract】 Objective The MRI diagnosis and clinical application values useds for the tired bone Sufferer of 12 tired bone fractures, the difference of X-ray, CT, and permanent ic field type MRI, observing tired bone fracture in analysis. Results X-ray and CT can’t usually clear and definite manifestation bone fracture line, but MRI can display the changes, this MRI examines the patients 12 bone even a shoulder bone for showing in the X film suspicious 2 places : bone fracture 1, CT showing metatarsus base surface like of 9 clear and definite bone fracture by MRI. Conclusion The MRI has many ability with good and soft tissue contrast, tired bone fracture in clear impressionable manifestation and partial marrow inside with soft tissue signal changes, having to the tired bone fracture importance examine worth a check means.
