【摘要】目的评价低能量密度、大光斑Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法 108例黄褐斑患者根据Wood灯检查结果分为表皮型、真皮型和混合型,采用低能量密度、大光斑Nd:YAG激光治疗。结果完成10次治疗后,%,表皮型组与真皮型组、混合型组的有效率相比(χ2=、,P>),混合型组与真皮型组相比(χ2=,P>),疗效之间差异无显著性。结论低能量密度、大光斑Nd:YAG激光治疗黄褐斑近期疗效较好,不同类型黄褐斑疗效差异无显著性。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of little energy density and big facula of Nd: YAG laser in the treatment of According to the result of wood’s lamp, 108cases of melasma were divided into epidermal type, dermal type and mixed type. Little energy density and big facula of Nd: YAG laser was used to treat all the cases. Results After 10 times of treatment, the general effective rate was %. There was no significant difference in effective rate between epidermal type, dermal type and mixed type (χ2=, ,), the same as mixed type and dermal type (χ2=,). Conclusion The near effect of curing melasma by little energy density and big facula of Nd:YAG laser is good. There is no significant difference between all kinds of melasma.

黄褐斑是临床常见的一种获得性色素增加性皮肤病,好发于面部等暴露部位,常对称分布。其病因及发病机制目前尚不清楚,大多数人认为可能与种族、遗传、内分泌、紫外线照射、口服避孕药、人流、情绪等多种因素相关。由于该病发生的病因及机制均不明确,基础研究滞后,造成了对于该病的治疗方案多样、可重复性差的特点。随着近几年激光、强光的飞速发展,部分治疗人员尝试性地将激光或强脉冲光应用于它的治疗,可见零星报道。我院自2007年1月份引进广州捍马医疗科技有限公司提供
