【摘要】目的检测p57 蛋白表达在完全性葡萄胎(CM)、部分性葡萄胎(PM)及水肿流产胎(HA)诊断中的作用。方法运用免疫组化方法对诊断明确的49例完全性葡萄胎,13例部分性葡萄胎,10例水肿流产胎的石蜡标本进行标记。结果在CM中,p57不表达或弱表达(6/49)。相反,在90%(9/10)%(11/13)PM中p57为持续强阳性表达。CM与PM及HA之间均存在显著性差异(),而PM与HA之间无显著性差异()。结论 p57 免疫组化结果与葡萄胎的组织表型关系密切,对CM、PM和HA的鉴别诊断有重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the utility of p57 in the diagnosis of unequivocal cases plete mole (CM), partial mole (PM), and hydropic abortion(HA). Methods The immunohistochemical expression of p57 protein was investigated using paraffin-embedded tissue sections in histologically unequivocal cases plete mole (n=49), partial mole (n=13), and hydropic abortion (n=10). Results In the CMs, expression of p57 was absent or weak(6/49). In contrast, it was strongly and continuously expressed in 90%(9/10)of PMs and %(11/13)in HA s. The difference of P57 expression between CMs and PMs, CMs and HAs was statistically significant (), but it was not statistically significant between PMs and HAs (). Conclusions p57 immunostaining results correlate well with morphological features of molar pregnancies and are helpful in differential diagnosis of CM from PM and HA.
