【摘要】目的:了解癌症患者对医疗服务满意度的状况和模式。方法: 用分层整群抽样和问卷调查方法对476名癌症患者的医疗服务满意度进行调查,用偏最小二乘(PLS)路径模型对癌症患者的医疗服务满意度的影响因素和作用模式进行分析。结果: 癌症患者对医院医疗服务的评价大多呈偏态分布或双峰分布,PLS路径模型较好地测量了潜自变量与潜因变量之间的关系。结论: PLS路径模型可作为研究癌症患者医疗服务满意度的有效工具。

[Abstract] Objective: To understand the status and mode of the satisfaction of cancer patients to medical services. Methods: The satisfaction of 476 cancer patients to medical services were investigated using stratified-cluster sampling and questionnaire survey, and the influencing factors and their affecting pattern were analyzed by using PLS path modeling. Results: The appraisement of cancer patients to medical services of hospitals mostly showed skewed distribution or bimodal distributions. PLS path modeling measured the relation between latent independent variables and latent dependent variable well. Conclusion: PLS path modeling is an effective tool for the research of the satisfaction of cancer patients to medical services.

为了能更好地了解癌症病人经济负担和对医疗服务满意度的情况,2006年9~11月对476名癌症病人进行了患病及康复期间医疗服务满意度的调查,并用偏最小二乘(partial least square,PLS)路径模型对癌症患者医疗服务满意度的影响因素和作用模式进行了分析。
1 对象和方法
调查对象和内容
采用分层整群方法抽取贵阳市和都匀市部分住院癌症患者、出院1~5年、出院后5年以上的癌症康复病人,采用问卷调查的方式。调查者经过统一培训后,现场发放调查表,同时予以适当解释,由被调查者填写,
