【摘要】目的观察保元胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法慢性肾小球肾炎98例,随机分为2组,治疗组48例予保元胶囊,每次5粒,每日3次口服。对照组50例予盐酸贝那普利片,每次10 mg,每日2次口服。2组均3个月为1个疗程。观察治疗前后血浆白蛋白、总蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量、免疫球蛋白(Ig)和补体3(C3)、肾功能指标以及血压的变化。结果①2组24 h尿蛋白定量治疗后较治疗前均明显下降(P<),但2组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>);②2组血浆白蛋白、总蛋白治疗后较治疗前均明显升高(P<),但仅血浆白蛋白治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<);③治疗组C3、IgG水平治疗后较治疗前明显提高(P<),IgA水平较治疗前明显下降(P<),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<);④治疗组治疗后血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)明显下降(P<),内生肌酐清除率(Cr)恢复(P<),与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<);⑤治疗组治疗后平均动脉压(MAP)无明显变化(P>)。结论保元胶囊可明显降低慢性肾小球肾炎患者尿蛋白,升高血浆白蛋白,改善免疫和肾功能,但对血压无明显影响。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Baoyuan capsule on treating chronic glomerulonephrites. Methods 98 patients with chronic glomerulonephrites were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in treatment group (n=48) was given Baoyuan capsule and the patients in control group (n=50) was given Benazepril for 3 months. The plasma albumin, total protein, the urine protein of 24 hours, immunoglobulin, complement 3 (C3), indexes of renal function and blood pressure were observed before and after treatment. Result The urine protein of 24 hours after treatment obviously decreased parison with those before treatment in two groups ().
