【摘要】目的采用B超对自拟排石汤治疗上尿路结石的疗效观察。方法对100例经B超检查诊断为上尿路结石病例(结石直径<),根据结石的位置、大小以及患者的体质辨证,适当处方药物加减,调整服药疗程。结果 46例输尿管结石,分别服排石汤3~10剂后,结石完全排出(其中解除39例合并肾轻、中度积液)。54例肾结石分别服药4~6个疗程后,有11例结石完全排出,23例有不同程度结石排出,余20例服药4个疗程后未见结石排出按治疗无效总结。结论排石汤治疗上尿路结石疗效肯定,B超检测技术无创、简便、可重复,可作为首选的观察检查方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effects in upper urinary calculus with the lithagogue decoction prescribed by the writers through B- We adjusted the medication and the courses of treatment for the100patients who had been diagnosed as upper urinary calculus( in diameter)through B-ultrasound acˉcording to the positions and the sizes of the calculi as wellas the patients’different In46casˉes of ureteral calculus,the stones pletely ejected after3~10lithagogue them39cases kidney dropsy was slightly or moderately the54cases of kidney stone,after4~6courses of treatment,the stones were ejected co
