[摘要] 目的:探讨参芪片在甲亢(Graves病)患者中的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2000年1月至2004年9月62例Graves病患者,随机分入常规治疗组(A组,31例)和参芪片治疗组(B组,31例)。B组在常规口服药物治疗的基础上加用参芪片,每次2片,每天3次。在入组前以及服药每周内门诊随访,行血常规检查,共4周。结果:62例患者全部完成随访。A组中6例出现白细胞减少,1例出现粒细胞减少症,停用抗甲状腺药物治疗,而B组2例出现白细胞减少,无粒细胞减少症发生,两组相比有统计学意义(P<)。结论:在常规药物治疗的基础上联用参芪片,可以使Graves病患者副作用减少,但确切的效果有待于大规模的随机对照试验来评价。
