【摘要】目的调查鼻咽癌化疗后患者焦虑程度与相关因素。方法采用状态—特质焦虑问卷中的状态焦虑问卷和自行设计的焦虑相关因素调查问卷,对36例鼻咽癌化疗后患者进行调查。结果调查对象的焦虑水平高于正常人群。了解化疗护理的相关知识和具备化疗自我护理能力,家庭、社会角色变化和对自我形象认知降低是患者焦虑的相关因素。结论加强鼻咽癌化疗患者的心理护理和健康教育,采用针对措施减轻患者焦虑,有利于患者的康复。

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the anxiety of cancer patients after chemotherapy pharyngeal and correlation the condition anxious questionnaire and independently designed anxious correlation factor questionnaire to do the research in 36 pharyngeal cancer patients who were already cured by found that the anxiety of the sample was higher than the normal people'. Moreover, the e also told us lacking of chemotherapy nursing knowledge and the chemotherapy self-nursing ability, changing of family social role and decreasing cognition of personal image were the reasons why those patients felt psychological nursing, health education and using relative mea
sures to ease anxiety of patient after chemotherapy can accelerate patient's restoration.

随着医学模式的转变,心理护理作为现代护理的重要组成部分,也日益受到业内人士的重视。临床工作中我们常发现鼻咽癌化疗后患者对化疗存在很大的顾虑和思想负担,整日处于焦虑不安的状态之中,有时甚至会影响患者对治疗与护理的配合。通过调查鼻咽癌化疗后患者的焦虑状态及分析相关的影响因素,可为临床心理护理工作提供有益的指导和帮助。
1对象与方法
—12月我科收治的鼻咽癌化疗后第7天的患者,共发放36份,收回36份,回收率100%,有效问卷36份,有效率100%。
