【摘要】目的:探讨院前急救工作中存在的安全隐患原因,针对性地实施有效的防范对策,以降低医疗纠纷的发生。方法: 以出诊记录、问卷表、护理质量考核记录、投诉记录为依据,总结分析2009年9月~2010年9月我院院前急救存在的护理安全隐患原因。结果:我院院前急救患者6032人,发现存在护理隐患32例,%。其中与患者及家属缺乏有效沟通是护理安全隐患的重要原因之一。结论:在院前急救中,针对护理安全隐患发生原因,及时防范,提高患方满意度,能减少及杜绝纠纷的发生。

【Abstract】 objective: to study the first-aid existing in the work safety hidden reasons, pointed out the effective preventive measures, and to reduce the occurrence of medical disputes. Methods: to attend records, questionnaire, nursing quality inspection records, complaints record as the basis, summarizes and analyzes on September 2009~2010 in September tifert first-aid existence nursing safety hidden reasons. Results: patients with our first-aid 6032 people and found that there are 32 cases nursing hidden trouble, accounting for patients had of the total. Among them with the patient and family members lack of munication is nursing security hidden danger of
one of the important reasons. Conclusions: in view of, first-aid nursing safety hidden causes, timely prevention, improve with square satisfaction, can reduce and stop disputes occurs.

院前急救是伤病员从现场到医院之前的就地抢救,途中监护运送到医院进一步救治的过程。随着人们物质和精神生活水平的不断提高,患者自我保护意识和保健水平也不断提高,要求进行院前急救的数量也大幅增加,而医疗纠纷也呈逐渐上升趋势。
