【摘要】目的:研究探讨64排螺旋CT脑灌注联合头颈部CT血管成像在大脑中动脉(MCA)狭窄或闭塞中的临床临床应用价值。方法:对64例已经确诊的大脑动脉狭窄或闭塞患者和12名正常成年人行头颅螺旋CT平扫、CTP(CT脑容积灌注成像)和CTA(CT血管成像)检查。以患者脑血流量(CBF)、脑血容量(CBV)、平均通过时间(MTT)和达峰时间(TP)等参数值,判定脑动脉狭窄所致缺血状况。结果:临床64例患者,单侧MCA狭窄或闭塞患者36例,其中8例CTP正常,另外28例存在不同程度的脑CTP灌注延迟。双侧MCA狭窄或闭塞患者28例,为双侧脑缺血。结论:脑CTP检查所显示的MTT和TP图能准确显示MCA狭窄或闭塞所致的脑灌注损伤,是脑缺血的诊断和治疗的重要依据。

【Abstract】Objective:To study the brain of 64-slice spiral CT bined head and neck CT angiography in the middle cerebral artery (MCA) stenosis or occlusion in the clinical clinical applications.
