摘要:弱势大学生群体在就业过程中因遭遇到歧视和不公而产生的认识偏差及心理问题等,影响了社会的和谐稳定,践踏了社会民主和法治,加大了大学生就业难度。本文着重分析了女大学生、贫困生、有生理疾患的学生、残疾生和容貌不佳的学生等弱势群体的就业难现状及其危害,并建议从制定政策、完善法律、加强心理辅导等方面消除就业歧视,推进大学生无障碍就业。

Difficulties Experienced by Underprivileged Groups of College Graduates
in Finding Employment and Strategies to e the Problems

Abstract: The discrimination against underprivileged groups of college graduates in their pursuit of employment is psychologically detrimental, socially disturbing, economically counter-productive as well as entirely illegal. An analysis is presented on the difficulties popularly experienced by job-seeking female college graduates and graduates who are poor, psychologically or physiologically handicapped, or plain-looking. Strategies are proposed in regard to legislation, policy making, and psychological consulting in order to fight discrimination and to provide equal opportunities of employment for college graduates.

“弱势群体”并不是什么新鲜的话题,但近来媒体对大学生就业中遇到的种种歧视现象加以连篇累牍的报道之后,引起了人们对这一现状的广泛关注,也引发了学术界的思考和讨论。自从2000年的《政府工作报告》中第一次使用“弱势群体”这个概念以来,研究者从各个角度对“弱势群体”予以界定。笔者认为,大学生弱势群体是一个相对概念,是指在高校中由于性别、经济贫困、生理残疾、心理障碍、竞争失败等原因而处于不利境地、并且出现了学习、生活、就业困难等问题的大学生群体。如女大学生、贫困生、残疾生、有心理问题的学生、容貌不佳的“丑生”
