[摘要]目的探讨尿毒症血液透析病人血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化及与营养状态和贫血的关系。方法检测正常对照组、尿毒症未透析组和血液透析组的IL-6、CRP、血红蛋白(Hb)、清蛋白(Alb)、肌酐(SCr)水平。根据CRP水平将血液透析组分为CRP≤5 mg/L组和CRP>5 mg/L组,并比较两组IL-6、Alb、SCr、Hb的水平。结果血液透析组IL-6、CRP水平明显高于对照组和未透析组( t=~,P < ),血液透析组IL-6、CRP分别与Hb、Alb呈负相关( r=-~-,P <),与SCr无相关关系( r= 、-,P >)。结论 IL-6、CRP是尿毒症血液透析病人炎症反应较好的预测指标,并且在营养不良和贫血中起重要作用。

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo investigate the serum IL-6, CRP and their relationship with malnutrition and anemia in patients with uremia undergoing hemodialysis. MethodsIL-6,CRP,Hb,Alb,and SCr levels were measured in normal controls, patients without hemodialysis and with hemodialysis. The hemodialysis patients were divided into CRP≤5 mg/L group and CRP>5 mg/L group. The levels of IL-6,Alb,SCr,and Hb pared between this two groups. ResultsThe serum IL-6,CRP in hemodial-ysis group were significantly higher than those
of non-hemodialysis group and control group ( t=-,P <). In hemo-dialysis group, IL-6 and CRP were negatively correlated with Alb and Hb, respectively ( r=---, P <), but not correlated with SCr ( r=,-, P >).
