摘要
整顿我分配。这就要求建立起符合市场经济要
求的社会公平分配调节机制。这种机制所调节的是整个经济社会运行的全过程。也就是说不
仅要对再分配进行调节,还要对初次分配进行调节,并且在这种调节过程中必须同时注意构
筑权力公平和分配公平的制度基础和社会道德基础,使对收入分配的调节最终建立在权力公
平、机会公平和效率公平的基础上。本文正是基于国民收入分配不公、贫富差距不断扩大的
社会背景,论述收入分配中应该注重公平的重要性。同时站在巨人的肩上,借鉴前人的研究
成果,融合自己的观点和内容,对比了国外相关问题的对策研究,通过对大量的统计调查数
据的研究,创新性的提出解决我问题的根本途径在于创造性的让
居民获得更多的财产性收入、转换公平观念,提高人们对收入差距的心里承受能力和健全合
理的收入分配制度来维护收入分配中的公平。
