Abstract
Globalization is gaining momentum in recent years, accelerating the exchanges of country in economic, scientific and cultural aspects. As the largest trading partner of each other, China and the US have contact frequently. Because International negotiations are the very basis and prerequisite to carry out international business, they play a very important role in the Sino-US cooperation cases.
