摘要
随着多媒体调度的应用逐渐普及,多媒体调度对系统设计提出的要求不断增加,
催生了基于网络的远程多媒体调度系统。网络的迅速发展和硬件性能的提升,使得数
字化,多样化,智能化和网络化成为多媒体调度系统的发展趋势,也是现实中系统的
要求。因此,系统设计的满足要求是否,直接决定着系统未来的发展。本文的目标是
提出了一套多媒体监控系统的设计思路和实现方案,以满足实际应用中的基本需求。
由于对多媒体调度系统的要求日益增长,这给系统的设计带来了空前的挑战。本
文通过分析现有的多媒体调度系统的架构方案,包括分布式的调度方案、移动终端调
度方案等,提出了本文设计需要考虑的问题:可操作性、适配性、均衡性和可靠性。
针对以上四个问题的提出,本文引入了四项关键技术,分别是业务平台,适配机
制,负载均衡思想和可靠性保证。围绕这四项关键技术,将多媒体调度系统分为八个
模块,分别是目标服务模块、视频接入模块、视频解码显示模块、视频解码输出模块、
视频转发模块、媒体转码模块、存储回放模块和业务模块。针对每个模块的功能的不
同,设计了模块内部的系统结构。本文将多媒体调度系统以服务器程序为单位设计了
详细的程序流程,描述了在服务器之间程序交互以及主要消息体结构,展现了程序的
实现效果。实现了多媒体调度系统的远程播放、本地录像、远程录像、视频上墙,远
程回放,本地回放,文件交互,用户管理等基本功能。

Abstract
With the gradual popularization of multi-media scheduling system, design of the request
is increasing everyday. The birth of a work multi-media scheduling system is
brought out. The rapid development work and hardware make the digit, diversification,
networking and intelligent multi-media scheduling system to e the development trend
and the request of reality. Therefore, the system design to meet the requirements directly
determines the system's future development. The goal of this paper is to bring out a
multi-media monitoring and control system design and realization of programs to meet the
practical application of basic needs.
Multi-media scheduling system as a result of growing requirements, the design of this
system has brought unprecedented challenges. In this paper, by analyzing the existing
framework for multi-media scheduling system, including the scheduling of distributed
programs, scheduling programs, such as mobile terminals, this paper put forward the need to
consider the issue of design: feasibility, adapters, and balance and reliability.
For four issues raised above, this article introduces the four key technologies, which are
business platforms, adaptive me
