摘要
随着我国信息化产业的蓬勃发展,在新的形势下,越来越多的企业希望借助于
ERP 系统从根本上提高企业的管理水平、提高企业对瞬息万变的市场的应变能力,取
得竞争的优势,但是,从目前 ERP 项目实施的情况看,成功率一般不高,甚至与很多
企业的期望相差甚远。本文从 ERP 实施中存在较高失败率的现实谈起,以提高 ERP
实施成功率为目标,提出 ERP 系统的数据质量是 ERP 项目成功的关键因素,并从分
析导致数据质量关键因素的基础上,展开了对融合质量管理理论和质量诊断模型等内
容的研究。
首先介绍了数据质量的理论,包括数据质量的定义、ERP 系统数据的属性、现有
的用于评估的质量维度,并在此基础上扩展了 ERP 系统“数据”的范围,此范围不仅
包含 ERP 系统赖以运行的基础数据还应该包括在此基础上产生的计划、报表、数据模
型、流程等数据。
其次,在对 ERP 系统扩展的新的“数据”范围分析上,根据其功能和属性重新扩
展和定义了用于数据质量评估的更全面系统的“质量维度”。针对 ERP 系统数据生命
周期各阶段特点,运用不同质量维度进行质量评估,并结合在评估过程中应考虑的企
业实际问题给出具体的评估步骤和评估模板,增强了论文的实用性。
再次,针对数据质量评估的结果,运用质量管理的理论与方法进行控制,建立预
警机制,运用鱼骨图对“劣质数据”进行原因分析,使其能更具针对性的建立改进方
案,以提高整体数据质量水平。
最后,本文通过实例研究对 ERP 系统数据质量评估和质量控制方法进行了验证。

ABSTRACT
Along with the vigorous development of our country's information industry, more and
more enterprises hoped that fundamentally raises enterprise's management level with the
aid of the ERP system, and enhance the enterprise to the fast changing market strain
capacity, and gain petitive advantage. But, looked from the present ERP project
implementation's situation, the ess ratio is not generally high, even is far from with
many enterprise's expectations. This ERP implementation from the high failure rate exists
about the reality in order to improve the ess of ERP implementation .This article from
the analysis in the causing the data quality foundation proposed that the ERP system's data
quality is the ERP project essful key aspect, and launched the research about quality
control theory and quality diagnostics model.
