高职类院校学生创新能力培养与评价研究

摘要

信息经济时代,要求劳动者具备一定的创新精神和创新能力。高等职
业技术教育作为我国培养经济建设第一线技术人才的主要教育形式,学生
创新能力的培养尤为重要。因此如何在高职类院校实践创新教育,培养学
生的创新能力,已成为现实而紧迫的研究课题。本文旨在探讨高职类院校
学生创新能力的培养方法。
首先,系统分析了学生创新能力培养的途径和理论;其次,以安徽水
利水电职业技术学院为例,针对高职类院校学生创新能力培养状况和问题
展开调查,通过对调查结果的分析研究,找出存在的问题。应用层次分析
法和模糊综合评价法构建了高职院校学生创新能力培养测评指标体系和
测评模型,并以安徽水利水电职业技术学院为例,进行了学生创新能力测
评。最后,针对存在的问题从课程改革、教学方法改革、教学技术改革、
实训教学体系改革以及师资队伍建设五个方面着手,完成了学生创新能力
培养过程设计。

Research on The development and The appraising
of Higher Vocational College Students’ innovation
ability

Abstract

The information economy, workers were asked to be more innovative and
creative ability. Higher vocational education is the main form of the training of
talented, who is working in the front line of economic construction. Then, The
development of higher vocational college students’ innovation ability is more
important. How to develop innovative education in the higher vocational
college es a pressing issue of study. This thesis aims to discuss the
development of higher vocational college students’ innovation ability.
The first, the thesis systematically analyses the main theories and the
approaches of the development of higher vocational college students’
innovation ability. The second, taking Anhui Water Conservancy Technical
College as an example, we researched the present situation and problems of the
innovation ability of the higher vocational college students, by the researching
of the result, to find the problem. This thesis constructs evaluation index
system and evaluation module by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)and
prehensive Evaluation(FCE)。And, the thesis gives a test for the
evaluation module. At last, we designed the educational process of students’
innovation ability, based on the existing problems.
