随着科技的发展,生活和工作的不断变化,人们对学习的要求越来越高,
固定时间在固定的教室学习,显然不能满足人们任何时间任何地点学习以及终
身学习的要求,移动学习能很好的解决这个问题。移动学习(M-learning),
是在现有的无线移动网络、国际互联网及多媒体技术支持下,移动通信与教育
相结合,学生和教师使用移动终端设备(如手机等),实现随时随地的教学活
动。手机的高度普及性及特质,随身携带的特性,使其成为一个比较理想的移
动学习终端设备,使它比任何其它学习工具都方便,使学习者真正达到随时随

文章对新疆师范大学毕业生的实际情况作了分析,结合手机在校园里的高
度普及性,设计一个基于手机的移动学台,能帮助毕业生和指导老师交流,
顺利完成毕业设计。文章分析和总结了国内外移动学习的现状,深入的研究了
移动学习相关理论和关键开发技术,详细的分析了各种移动通信技术,对当前
流行的客户端开发技术——J2ME 技术和 WAP 技术进行比较,运用 J2ME技术
开发移动学习的客户端程序;对服务器端的 J2EE 技术做深入的研究,总结如何
运用 J2EE 技术开发服务器端程序;最后基于 3G 网络构建一个移动学台进行体系结构设计,运用 MVC 模式的程序设计思想实现了系统的多
层架构;最后,基于学生毕业实台,按照其需
求,将该移动学习系统分为管理员模块、教师模块、学生模块三部分进行开发,
实现了用户管理、资源管理、即时通信、信息发布等功能模块,对实现的部分

Abstract
Along with the development of technology, the changing life and work,
people have e increasely demanding on learning. It’s obviousely that the
traditional ways of learning can not meet the requirement of learner for ever.
M-learning is that students and teachers use mobile terminal device (such as mobile
phones, etc.) to finish teaching and learning activities anytime and anywhere, which
combines the munication and education based on the existing wireless
works, and multimedia technology. The characteristics of a high
degree popularity and the portable nature of mobile phone, make it e a more
ideal device for mobile learning. it is a more convenient learning tool than any others
and makes the learners learn anytime and anywhere in a real sense.
The paper designed a platform of M-learning based on analysis of the
real situation of graduates at Xinjiang Normal University and consideration of
the high popularity of mobile phone in the campus, which can help m
unicate between students and teachers and to have a pletion of
