本论文重点研究员工的工作满意度。工作满意度是管理学中研究比较多的一种员工态度,同时也是我国学者研究比较多的一种员工态度。本文选取了寺河矿作为研究单位,并以其井下员工作为主要的研究对象,旨在获得寺河矿井下职工的工作满意度,分析影响他们满意度的主要因素,并且找出相关措施进一步改善员工满意度。
在研究中,设计了员工满意度调查问卷,并进行发放与回收。发放问卷270份,回收有效问卷250份,有效率达到90%以上。问卷回收后,运用了SPSS软件对整理后的数据进行了分析。分析结果显示,员工的年龄、婚姻状况以及工龄都对其满意度有一定的影响。其中,员工的年龄以及婚姻状况与员工的满意度呈现正相关,员工的工龄与满意度呈现负相关。
本文结合寺河矿的实际情况,首先详细分析了各因素如何影响工作满意度。然后根据研究结果,对工作满意度的三个维度——工作条件、人际关系和工作本身分别进行分析,提出了较为具体的解决方案,以期能够提高员工的工作满意度,进而对企业产生积极的作用。

Abstract
This thesis focuses on employee job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is an employee attitude has been researched most by both foreign scholars and Chinese scholars. To measure the job satisfaction of these miners, this article selected the Sihe Coal Mine as the research unit and its miners as the main object of study. After this, we will analysis the factors affecting their satisfaction, and identify relevant measures for further improvement of employee satisfaction.
In the study, we designed the employee satisfaction questionnaire and also sent and recycled. we sent 270 questionnaires and recycled 250 valid questionnaires, the efficiency is 90%.Consolidated data were analyzed using the SPSS software after the recycling questionnaire. The results showed that employee age, marital status and length of service will influence ones job satisfaction to a certain extent. Among them, the employee's age and marital status is positively related to employee job satisfaction while employee's length of service is negatively related to.
According to actual situation we do a detailed analysis of how various factors affect job satisfaction. Based on the findings of the research, we do detail analysis of three dimensions of job satisfaction - working conditions, interpersonal relations and the work itself .and we also proposed some concrete solutions in order to increase employee job satisfaction, and then do the enterprise a positive effect.
