——以张掖市甘州区为例
摘要﹕农村教师的职业幸福感直接关系到农村基础教育的发展,关系到广大农村孩子的受教育状况。因此,发现并重视农村教师职业幸福感问题是解决农村基础教育困境的重中之重。本研究对甘州区5所农村中心学校的100名小学教师进行问卷调查,对30名老师进行访谈。采用SPSS和Excel等工具进行数据统计和分析,同时通过人口学变量和各纬度值与百分率比较、独立样本T检验、单因素方式分析以及开放式问题和访谈情况的总结,发现相应的结论和问题。最后,根据研究结论和发现的问题提出了从三个方面改善农村小学教师职业幸福感的对策。

Abstract: the rural teacher's occupation well-being is directly related to the development of basic education in rural areas, related to the rural children's educational status. Therefore, discovery and the importance of occupation happiness of rural teachers sense of problem is the priority among priorities to solve the plight of rural basic education. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 primary school teachers in this study of Ganzhou District 3 Rural Center School, interviews of 30 teachers. Using SPSS and Excel tools for data statistics and analysis, at the same time by demographic variables and the only value and parisons, independent sample T test, single factor analysis and the open questions and interview summary, find the corresponding conclusions and problems. Finally, according to the conclusion of the study and found problems and puts forward the countermeasure of improving rural primary school teachers' sense of occupation happiness from three aspects.

一﹑问题提出
近年来,伴随着中国社会经济的快速发展和新课程改革的进一步深化,农村小学教师的职业生存压力越来越大,同时又身兼多种角色,普遍存在“三多一少”的现象:工作过多、检查过多、指责过多、关心过少。部分教师产生职业倦怠或较严重的心理健康问题,职业幸福感不断下降,这是农村基础教育持续发展中一个不容忽视的潜在危机。只有幸福的教师才能培养出幸福的学生,农村中小学教师肩负着农村基础教育的重任,关注他们的职业幸福感是教育研究的重要内容。[38]马多秀:农村中小学教师职业幸福感的调查研究[J].基础教育研究,2012(4):24.
38]所以,本研究总结了国内研究的相关经验,通过问卷调查、统计、分析等方法,提出了相应的提升农村小学教师职业幸福感的策略。
二﹑相关概念界定
通过对文献资料的查阅,综合国内外学者的观点以及基于本研究内容的定位,笔者归纳和总结出了与本研究有关的概念的界定。
(一)幸福感
本研究的幸福感是指一种主观感受,是需要得到满足、潜能得到发挥、力量得以增长所获得的持续快乐体验。
(二)职业幸福感
本研究的职业幸福感是指教师在自己的教育工作中获得满足、自由实现自己的职业理想,发挥自己的潜能、实现自身和谐发展,并伴随着力量增长所获得的持续快乐的体验。
(三)教师职业幸福感
本研究的教师职业幸福感是指教师在教书育人的工作中,伴随着自身价值实现而产生的积极情感体验。
