我国航空公司低成本运营模式应用研究
摘要
本文以国内产业结构和发展环境为研究背景,国内外低成本航空公司的运营模式作为
研究对象,探讨我国低成本航空运营模式的构建及实际应用。
文章分五部分。第一章绪论,介绍论文研究的背景、意义、目的以及国内外低成本航
空的研究现状。第二章从我国民航发展环境和航空市场结构来分析航空运输产业的发展现
状,内容包括影响航空发展的宏观环境、中观环境和政策环境,航空市场集中度、产品差
异化和进出壁垒分析。第三章分析国外低成本航空公司的运营模式,以美国西南航空和爱
尔兰瑞安航空为研究对象,总结出他们成功运营模式的特点。第四章是对我国低成本航空
的研究,从国内实际情况出发,以降低运营成本为目的构建出我国低成本航空公司的运营
模式。第五章从国内唯一低成本航空公司——春秋航空入手,对照构建的低成本模式分析
春秋运营的情况,分析得出目前国内低成本航空发展所面临的问题并提出相应建议,希望
能够对国内航空市场发展起到一定的促进作用。
通过分析研究,笔者认为虽然我国低成本航空发展迅速,其低成本运用模式逐渐被大
众了解,但从目前国内客观环境及主体运营情况来看,低成本航空发展还面临着政策限制、
人才短缺以及国内外各大航空公司竞争等问题,国内航空市场仍不成熟,低成本航空运营
还有很长的路要走。

Abstract
This article is based on the domestic industrial structure and development environment. It’s
object is the domestic and international low-cost airline operation pattern,that to discuss the
low-cost airline business mode in China and practical application.
The article includes five chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, the
significance and purpose,the situation of domestic and foreign research. The second chapter is
the development of air transport industry including environment for the development and market
third chapter analyzes the foreign low-cost airline business the esful
representatives,Southwest Airlines and Ryanair have their own Low-cost operating
fourth chapter is the study of low-cost airline in china, the writer tries to construct a
pattern,which suits our country national last part researches domestic low-cost
the only low-cost airlines- Spring Airlines as the example,Introduces the difficulties
of the current domestic development. The writer gives some reasonable suggestions, hoped to
