摘要
本文主要目的是研究供应链环境下的供应商的质量管理,以HG公司的供应商质
量管理为研究对象,从质量管理的基础理论出发,论述了在实际供应商质量管理过
程中为了适应HG公司质量管理的需求新变化,如何对供应商进行客观评价,实施动
态管理,以确保最终产品的竞争优势。
论文首先深入分析HG公司的背景和所处的外部环境,研究了来自环境变化的影
响,明确提出了企业进行供应商质量管理的必要性。
其次,论文采用了定性与定量分析相结合的方法对供应商进行分类和选择,并
对模型进行了改进,使模型更符合实际的情况。
再次,论文综合运用质量管理等理论,对ABCD四类供应商进行分析,从而制定
相应的供应商质量管理的对策,并且采用实施ERP系统的办法,对供应商的质量进行
监控,共享供应商信息。
最后,论文简单论述了采用成本优化方法合理控制供应商预防质量成本。

Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to study the supplier quality management in the
supply chain environment. Taking the supplier quality management of HG Co., Ltd. to as
research object, on the basis of a theoretical in quality management discussed in the actual
supplier quality management process in order to meet quality management HG Co., Ltd.
demand new changes, and how to evaluate objectively suppliers in course of the
implementation of dynamic management and how to ensure the final petitive
edge.
First, this paper analyzed the background of HG Co., Ltd. and the external
environment, studied the impact on the environmental change. Made it clear enterprises
supplier quality management need.
Secondly, the paper used bination of qualitative and quantitative analysis
methods for the classification and selection of suppliers, made the improved model better
to meet the actual situation.
Thirdly, the integrated use of quality management theory in this paper analyze of
primers four type suppliers, therefore making the corresponding supplier quality
management approach and using ERP system to control quality of suppliers, sharing of
supplier information.
Finally, the paper discusses the use of simple cost optimization methods to prevent
reasonable control supplier quality costs.
