摘要
日本经济经历了从战后到年代的辉煌也承受着年代以来陷入停滞的
苦恼和困惑日本经济持续近半个世纪的迅速发展使人们不约而同把目光投向
令人称羡的日本企业日本企业作为日本经济发展的见证人它亲历了经济从恢
复到振兴的全过程日本现代企业制度及其借鉴就是基于此而提出的旨在让人
们对日本企业制度作一个客观的评判分析其传统的特色及其不适应成熟经济发
展的弊端从中吸取一些有益的东西为我所用
论文首先阐释了现代企业制度的内涵日本现代企业制度的形成及原因其
次深入分析了日本企业在雇佣制度工资制度产权制度和法人治理结构等个
方面独具的特色充分说明这一系列制度适应了当时的社会经济历史条件促进
了经济的发展进入世纪年代之后日本经济开始下滑进入持续的低迷
状态在对日本经济现状进行反思的基础上本文分析了日本企业制度在雇佣
工资和管理等方面发生的变革最后在借鉴日本现代企业制度经验和教训的基础
上结合我国的实际提出国有企业改革的一些具体思路

Abstract
Abstract
Japan has made a great development in 1980s after the World War , while its
economy was stagnant with trouble during the period of the rapid
development about half century of the Japan’s economy makes every people show great
interest in its enterprise. Japan’s enterprise is the eyewitness of Japan’s economy
because it has undergone the whole process of the recovery and the rejuvenization of
Japan’s analysis of the characteristic of Japan’s enterprise system will
make an objective judgement about the enterprise system itself and it is helpful to the
development of the economy of our country.
Firstly,the thesis expounds the connotation,the fomation and the development of
Japan’s modern enterprise system;Secondly,the article elaborates the institution of
employment,salary,distribution,leadership and the enterprise culture full of the
Confucian thesis explains that the institution adapted to the social and
historical condition and promoted the development of the y;After 1990 Japan’s
economy descended gradually and seemed to be in the bottom during the course of its
the basis of the reflection of that condition,the thesis analyzes the
factors that resulted in the depression of Japan’s economy such as institutin,history and
so indicates that the government of Japan and Ja
